Telescopic Vision
What's the turn cap on Telescopic Vision's bonuses? The examples given show an extra +1/level for two rounds of aiming, but it doesn't specify in the advantage that this was an actual cap, and given that Aim gives specific bonuses for three-turn Aims I was even more confused.

Telescopic vision gives a bonus equal to (number of levels telescopic vision) or (number of turns spent aiming), whichever is less. That seems pretty clear from the example (bonus for 1/2 turns aiming is +1/+2 normally, TV1 gives +2/+3, TV2 gives +2/+4).

Surely that explanation would make TV2 +2/+3 as on the second turn both the number of turns spent aiming and telescopic vision are 2, resulting in a +2 bonus on top of the original +1

2 turns aiming, with heroic archer but no telescopic vision, is a +2 bonus.
