Default Deceptive attack and telegraph on techniques?

Hey.

Looking for RAW answer on deceptive attack and telegraphic attack and techniques

Can you apply these options to techniques by the rules?
I assume with all out attack determined the +4 applies to technique’s and rapid attack could allow you to rapidly do techniques, but I am not sure about Deceptive/telegraphic ?

Unless otherwise noted in the Technique's description (I think Spinning Attack specifically disallows Telegraphic, while the mechanics of it make Deceptive a bad idea), yes, these options are compatible with techniques.

So you can combine feint and deceptive? That’s interesting!

A Feint doesn't involve the target making an Active Defense, so Telegraphic Attack and Deceptive Attack wouldn't be eligible (a Feint is not an Attack, although MA does let you substitute one for the other). You can absolutely follow up a successful Feint with a Deceptive Attack (with the penalties stacking), however.

Yeah makes sense.
Thanks
