[DF] Question about existing Dungeon Fantasy PDFs
So, totally not new to GURPS, but I've been away for a long time and haven't really looked at much since 4th came out. I backed the Dungeon Fantasy kickstarter, and I have my copy. I really like what I see, and I'm looking forward to running at least a one shot...
All of this said, I see that there are tons of pre-existing support PDFs for Dungeon Fantasy in Warehouse 23. I know that most of these pre-date the boxed set. My question is, which of the existing PDFs are mostly subsumed into the boxed set? Which PDFs do I NOT need, and which ones should I consider picking up?

Re: [DF] Question about existing Dungeon Fantasy PDFs
DF 1, 2, and 16 (not sure about 16) are pretty much covered. Some of 3 (some of the races) is also covered.

So you definitely do not need 1 or 2 (3 as well unless you want rules for mixing professions) and DF Monsters 1. Anything else can be useful, depending on where you want extra detail.

Re: [DF] Question about existing Dungeon Fantasy PDFs
There's also the other racial templates. DFRPG contains only eight races (the most popular PC races, granted). DF3 contains more than twice that, including a variety of Elves. Basically the book is 13 pages of Racial Templates, 21 pages of Mixed Professions, and 6 pages of new abilities, power-ups, and advancement suggestions. So the Mixed Professions are by far the strongest reason to buy the book anyways.

Re: [DF] Question about existing Dungeon Fantasy PDFs
The Official™ story is that the Dungeon Fantasy Roleplaying Game makes GURPS Dungeon Fantasy 1: Adventurers, GURPS Dungeon Fantasy 2: Dungeons, GURPS Dungeon Fantasy Monsters 1, and GURPS Dungeon Fantasy Monsters 2: Icky Goo redundant. There are small parts of all the rest of the GURPS Dungeon Fantasy series in there as well – sometimes as small as a brief sentence, item listing, or added list item – but you'll find just about all the rest continues to serve a purpose. Probably the largest amounts of partial reuse come from GURPS Dungeon Fantasy 3: The Next Level (a small subset of racial templates, plus rules for character advancement) and GURPS Dungeon Fantasy 11: Power-Ups (a fairly small percentage of special professional abilities).

Many of these are in Monsters: orcs, goblins, hobgoblins, ogres, gargoyles, minotaurs, wildmen, any likely one or two others I missed.

Re: [DF] Question about existing Dungeon Fantasy PDFs
True, but not as playable races with point costs, which is what you get in DF3.
