3d6 Random Generator for Attributes for a (Fantasy) Fighter

I hear that rolling on random tables is all the rage these days so I made one.
Since I made this one drunk, feel free to improve it.

Is there any reason DX 12 is so incredibly rare? Are these intended to be low powered characters or mooks? Of the character sheets I've got of past PCs I've created for games, the only one that's a more or less pure fighter is Bryce who had DX 16, which is somewhat higher than I would typically use (he was 300 points), but not tremendously so.
