They're from GURPS Atomic Horror.

They're inspired by stories of benevolent alien races, but (as far as I can tell) no one source was a majority source for the concept presented in the book. If there was such a source, that source would have been credited in the book - Steve Jackson Games is very good about acknowledging other people's intellectual property.

Specifically they're the book's version of what UFO enthusiasts like to call "Nordics".
(Similarly, Alphans are loosely based on Greys; I think Metarans aren't based on anything from "real" UFO lore but just on bug-eyed movie monsters. Reptoids are suspiciously absent.)

The Metarans look a bit to me like the alien invaders from the old War of the Worlds TV show, though they obviously are not a straight lift.

Probably because of the Reptilian infiltration of SJGames.

Well I want to make my version of Loi Race like Superman's people, or Invicable's Race

Um my idea takes place in 1950's America starting in 1950 each novel will be a year of my main character's life starting at 10 years old for my Boy character.

I'm Anglo Canadian person who wants to keep to Racial problems in America, this is a YA novel series to the Black American members of this forum I will no White Wash History, the 1950's in America weren't good time to be non White.

His Best Friend is a Black Boy of the same age, they are both Outsiders in this Large Town.

Unlikely. There are Reptoids in Monster Hunters 5: Applied Xenology

In fact, it has 4e stats for Nordics, Reptoids, and Greys.

I'm not sure why the Loi, or any race of humanoid extraterrestrials, are something you would want to include in such a work of fiction. What aspect of your theme do they help you address that you can't address just by writing about Earth humans of different ethnicity?

If you are not going to whitewash history, then you cannot keep the "racial problems" in the USA. If you've heard of Rosa Parks but haven't heard of Viola Desmond, then your Canadian History teachers did you no favours.
