Cyberpunk Exotic Weaponry

are the micromissiles from the "exotic" list, detailed anywhere ? (book & page if it's handy).

or, if there's a GURPS equivalent (I'm hoping the gyroc) that'll be fine. I'd like caliber or mm and some features if they're around.
