Steampunk - Ardent Spirits / Bottled Ocean
Ardent Spirits makes the entire attack of the side it affects fire/flame, and Bottled Ocean (from the Girl Genius expansion) reduces all fire/flame in the combat to 0. If both of these are played on the player's side, does this nullify their entire combat strength?
