What constitutes an "exotic" weapon?
I decided to try building a Martial Artist in GCA to test what I learned and Weapon Master for MA says they must pick an exotic weapon. Well I looked in the weapon list and I don't see any mention of which weapons are exotic. What am I missing?

Ignore it. DFRPG makes no such requirements. Although your GM may dislike it if you insist on being a martial Artist specializing in broadswords.

Re: What constitutes an "exotic" weapon?
It isn't a firm category. It's just meant to be "something that feels martial-arts-ish to you."

Re: What constitutes an "exotic" weapon?
You might want another word for the next printing, because there is another GURPS trait that uses "exotic weapon", the Exotic Weapon Training perk. I don't think that's in the DF box set, but given that the Trident made the weapon list and kept the penalty it applies to, there may be a temptation to add it at some point.
