We seem to be online at the same time. :P Anyway, a couple more things. I accidentally wrote Slow Reload as Slow Recharge, and you don't need any limited uses on the Flight for the RNU-1 Spybot; it's a helicopter, in effect, so should have Winged, -25% and Nuisance Effect (Noisy, Dangerous; -5%), for a cost of 28 points. The main limit on flight time is it's own limited power supply, which you've already modeled with Increased Consumption 3.

Keep 'em coming, but any more comments from me will have to wait. I need to sleep.
