Andrew Hackard Evil TARDIS?

Having been here for the last few months I have noticed that Andrew Hackard's avatar appears to be a red police box. This combined with his status as Czar I begin to wonder if in fact Andrew is a Timelord and his avatar is a TARDIS.

I was gonna post this in Geek Culture, but I didn't know if Andrew was just in charge of moderating the Munchkin threads. Feel free to move this if necessary.

While a red TARDIS would be cool, I think it is actually just an evil-looking, red tower where Andrew masterminds his most fiendish plots.

It most definitely is not a TARDIS. More like a aprtment or office tower.

I thought the clock section on top looked familiar. I've only been able to make it there once though. I hope to be a permanent Austonian(?) sometime this summer.
