I would be someone who could contribute erratically, I have only dipped my toe into gurps writing (guest blog posts, long forum threads etc) but I could help out enough to add to the numbers at least.

I would be willing to do the heavy lifting on the Admin and mod duties.
However to make it work you need at least a handful of people with demonstrated experience passing stuff through the Style guide and writing style Pyramid is looking for who can volunteer at least a few hours a week.

Also bear in mind that a large group isn't really an encouragement, because the amount of work involved is pretty near linear in the number of manuscripts to review.

My thinking was to have more people available to help with the reviewing, but I get your point. It'd quickly overload any pros who offer to help, and we'd run the real risk of manuscripts getting missed. A cap might not be bad.

I want to write for Pyramid. I would love to see a Writer's Club for advise, reviews, etc. I thought that was still going on. :(

I'm happy to stand up a site or forum on my web hosting for such a task.

Thoughts on what we might want? Obviously we need a handful of mods (so it doesn't languish under one...), some sort of login structure (I'm fond of Joomla with Kunena forums...), and?

PM me if anyone has any interest in a new Write Club. It seems there is some interest overall, but I really didnt mean to divert this thread. Maybe it needs to be split to its own thread? Sorry!

The previous version was simply a google list and it had a cap and other rules which would make a good model. There area couple of changes I would make it it were up to me.

Actually, some focussed Best of Pyramid compendiums would be great. I hate having to hunt around for the vehicles stuff.

Time, mostly. I seem to recall adding a second child to my roster about the time that we last had it going. :-)
