WTS Munchkin 3.5 Clerica Errata

My wife is going through our board games and found a bagged Munchkin (3.5) Clerical Errata. She no longer has any other Munchkin stuff, so we are wondering what the going rate is for it these days.

I'm not seeing any copies floating around, so maybe it's pretty rare?
