Trap Question

My friends and I were playing the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles set.

I got hit with a trap.

"Trap

That Was Expensive

Lose Your Best Item"

I interpreted "Best" to mean highest gold value because the card also had the word "Expensive"

My friends said that "Best" was the highest combat bonus.

There are definitely traps from other sets that have both of these effects so it really could go either way.

Since they were all in agreement we went with their interpretation for that game, but I told them I would be following up on it.
