Ahem... https://ogre.webnode.com/reinforcement-cards/

We discussed a lot of this in the past (7 years ago - gulp) under the forum topic 'Gettysburg scenario'
That whole thread was a good read.

First I'd seen these but super impressed. Definitely appropriating the idea! Seems like a natural for a multipplayer event for cons.

Yes, that is very close to what I was thinking of, along with a dash of Cat's suggestions. I'd also want the points value and statistics of the component units on the cards.

wow, yeah.. forgot about that myself. Hard to believe we've been living in this large format world for that long now. Not a bad place to be by any stretch :-)

If anyone is interested in our overall Kickstarter status, we've posted a bit of a report covering the 2018/2019 open campaigns.

For me, at least hearing why it takes so much longer to get stuff shipped overseas is some consolation. I've done small scale international fulfillment before but never more than say 30 packages a week. Based on that it was a head scratcher why things would take months to get to me. Just keep thinking about how printing out one or two extra lines of addressing is not that hard. Honestly didnt think about the fact that on a large scale theres much more paperwork involved.

Thank you. We always try to be as open as possible, and we thought everyone would like a peek at the status of the various campaigns.

International fulfillment would be a lot easier if we packed and shipped the boxes. The challenges become a nightmare once we start making arrangements to ship from within nations/regions so that backers don't get hit with various customs fees.

We continue to learn and improve, but as nations change their laws, the process shifts under our feet and continues to be complicated.
