One shot idea
So I have been challenged with creating a one shot under these genres.
Japanese style superheroes (teenagers, group) Horror Science Fiction. I'm thinking something involving a government conspiracy, but alien abduction may work as well. Just have to find a way of working minor powers into it. |

Re: One shot idea
A group of teenagers with attitudes are abducted during a school field trip, when they wake up they are inside a lab, if they inspect around they can find out that stuff was done to them and maybe even what. when they leave the room the rest of the place looks like it was a set in a war movie, the lights flicker and blood is smeared on the walls. they have to find out how to leave.
The lab itself is underground and one of the teenagers that was taken with them had triggered their power which caused everything. Power wise I would use GURPS Psionic Powers. |

Re: One shot idea
I like the lab idea. I also thought of a conspiracy involving children of alien abductees. Something more personal. It could take place in a "no WiFi" town.
There are towns where WiFi is illegal because certain people have allergies. Cell phone reception is also really bad. No 4g, 3g service. |

Re: One shot idea
There was a manga series (and two live action American movies) called Guyver that featured high school students fighting against an evil corporation that was a front for aliens doing body horror style experiments on humans. Most of the villains could transform into super powered beastmen (some of which could fire crazy biological beam weapons or featured contagious spores or bites) and the heroes melded with biological power armor. The hero power set was basically Iron Man + super regeneration.
