Accuracy & Aim bonus - am I getting this?

I'm trying to wrap my head around the cumulative bonus regarding the AIM maneuver, I'm still a bit confused. With my own example provided, am I getting this right?

Player has a Regular Bow (Acc 2) with a Bow-12 skill and uses AIM maneuver on first turn. He now has Bow-14 due to the Acc 2 of the weapon being added. If he chooses to AIM for 2nd consecutive turn, he will have another +1 to give him Bow-15. If he chooses to use AIM for a third maneuver, he will now have another +1 for a cumulative total of +2 for three total AIM maneuvers, and the Bow's Acc 2 or a total Bow-16.

Does this sound right to everyone? Thanks for taking the time to read and respond.
