Interesting stuff! I think you have a typo on your ST house rules, though. You say ST = 2 x (M^3). For a 150-lb. man, that doesn't product ST 10. It produces ST 6,750,000. :)

Isn't a better solution to the DR problem with pi to give pi weapons (2) by default? Otherwise there's a problem with how other damage types interact with DR.

I thought about that, but now I can't remember why I didn't go with it. I wasn't going to change any of the DRs from Low Tech, so that would be unmodified. The revised DRs really affect HT and UT more, and that might become an issue if I did a SF campaign.
