Because the Head isn't a Limb under GURPS 8)

a) It certainly can be. Basic Set suggests that Parrot beaks and tongue qualify them for One Arm.
b)I did say limbs, did I not?

I was focus on the fact the perk explicitly included the head, and upon agreeng with you about limbs being switchable the point then remain for the head.

How about ...

Family-Friendly Visuals -- (both male and female PCs) ... no matter what happens to the PCs, they ~never~ find themselves unclothed accidentally. They could be blasted with Hell-fire and have most of their clothes singed off ... but enough cloth will remain to keep them 'covered'. They could fall into a vat of acid ... and emerge with enough scraps of cloth hanging on them to remain 'modest'. Etc.

For normal limbs, +10% Switchable equates to 1 point anyway.

However, some Swashbucklers techniques are deliberate, not accidental . . .

Yes, vicky, FFV only covers 'accidental' removal of clothing ... it's only 1 pt perk ... if you want indestructible costume, that's a separate advantage...

Besides, sometimes it is advantageous from a RP point of view to ~deliberately~ remove clothing.

Teflon Don: You have Legal Immunity for one class of non-violent crime (embezzlement, fraud, etc.)
Mantra: You have a Higher Purpose (Basic, p. 59) but only while repeatedly chanting a word or short phrase.
