Before anything a telepath says can be considered evidence in a court of law, it must be independently verified by two other telepaths who don't know the first telepath, or each other, and don't know the results of any of the other "interviews."

Basically, nothing a telepath says may be taken as truth unless independently verified by two other telepaths.

It is from the GURPS IST (Supers) setting. The three telepath system is a telepathic form of evidence where three independent telepaths confirm the testimony of a witness or a defendant.

Nabbed for work on how the presence of significant numbers of ghosts in a society might change it. It turns into a three-mediums-rule.

Unfortunately, there are better ways to do super-strength than through using the super-strength modifier. For example, a superhero could invest in Will 20 [50], Energy Reserve 10 (Stunts Only, -10%) [27], Enhanced ST 10 (Reliable, +10, +50%; Super, -10%) [112], Extra Option (Godlike Extra Effort) [1], Regeneration (Extreme; ER Only, -0%; Super, -10%) [135], and Visualization (Based on Will, +20%; Cosmic, No die roll required, +100%; Reduced Time 7, +140%; Reliable, +10%, +50%; Super, -10%) [40]. The combination of abilities costs 365 CP (not including any power talents), so it is the equivalent cost of ST 27/50.

What is the result of that combination? The Visualization functions as a free action, allowing enhancement of one roll per turn during combat (3), which always ends up winning by a margin of 27, or a combat bonus of +9, due to Cosmic, which can modify extra effort The godlike extra effort allows the character to dump 10 ER into extra effort (which is recovered every turn by Regeneration). With Will 20, +9 from Visualization, and +10 from Reliable, the character can reliably succeed by +20 on an extra effort roll, which translates to +100% per ER spent, or +1,000% for 10 ER, which turns Enhanced ST+10 into Enhanced ST+100 (ST 110).
