You should add Wilbur to the list. It's freeware, and it's sort of the predecessor to ProFantasy's Fractal Terrains. The same guy wrote both, and Wilbur is actually more powerful though the interface is clunky since it's capabilities were added slowly rather than being designed de novo.
I'd also consider a link to Cartographers' Guild.
