Today, I made some tropical environment themed random encounter tables. I hope the monsters seem varied but consistent, and I added some terrain hazards to keep it interesting.

I made two racial templates for a new player today, bunny-folk, and avians.
They are meant mostly for a dungeon fantasy style game.

I think you might have mispriced Kleptomania with a limitation massively, considering the way GURPS Power-Ups 8: Limitations suggests you price limitations on disadvantages it should be something like

Kleptomania -15 + Not a Kleptomaniac (-10% Except for Metal Things that fit in Pockets) 14 = -1 Points so it's a quirk

Glad you liked it! GATE was a fun watch, but I went through it too fast. Then I saw the manga art, and it is way better looking than the anime, kinda hemming and hawing over reading it because I'm not sure how much further above and beyond it goes with the story.

Thanks for your thoughts, I took it off the template, I would personally debate the value of a bit because I think a sudden uncontrollable desire to steal money is still pretty bad. Maybe it would be more appropriate to change it to "polished metal objects" regardless of size.

But, it's not a sticking point, and in the end, is kinda superfluous for the race. Maybe some Avians like to steal shiny metal things, maybe some don't, so I could see it being excluded as a "racial disadvantage."
