GM combat sequence tool

I'm thinking of an app, spreadsheet or webpage that would hold Name, ST, hits, fatigue, adjDX, armor (front and back), and notes (Fencer: -1 to be hit by melee from the front, +2 DX for thrown weapons, etc.) for a dozen or so figures at a time.

This would then cycle each turn highlighting who is to act next and record stun and knockdown effects as these happen.

Does anybody have something like this?
