(TX) sales tax on shipping & handling
Texas resident here. Placing an order, I noticed that the online store calculates the total for the purchase, shipping, and handling--and then applies the sales tax to that total. Should it be doing that?

Thanks. I see now that the Texas Comptroller considers transportation and delivery charges taxable.
