Default Youthful Appearance

So, I stumbled across a website that was talking about a family of Taiwanese women who looked half their age and wondered how you would represent that in GURPS? Would it be a perk, basically Extended Lifespan 1 (Cosmetic Only, -80%), would it be a real life version of Extended Lifespan 1, or would it just be Longevity? What do you think?

Zero points by Basic since Appearance reduction is not part of aging. If the GM uses house rules, cosmetic Extended Lifespan sounds good.

The usual rule for such things is 'what effects does it have that are relevant to a game'. If there aren't any, it's a 0 point feature.

That's what I'd call it. For every "Oh you look so young", there's an "Oh, you can't possibly be old enough"

I think it's a form of Passing Appearance, akin to the Androgynous perk.

I look young for my age. It's just a feature really, unless age has an importance in the game.

I used to regularly get asked for ID up to my late-twenties. It only stopped when I grew a full beard. IMO it is a 0 point perk. In some situations can be a benefit and in others it can be a hindrance.

some characters with Longevity are noted as looking about a decade younger than their age, e.g. Hunchback (Mixed Doubles page 24) is 73 years old, but looks 60ish and Mr. Ng (Mixed Doubles page 112) is 55 years old but appears to be in his mid-40s.

I'd treat that as age normally until 20, then apparent age increases by 1 month every 2 months, until 40 at which point you look 30, and then apparent age increases by 1 year every year.

I'd call it Perk-level Pitiable combined with Quirk-level Social Stigma (Minor).
