Ah, see, that was the original plan, but it eventually became Cabaret Chicks On Ice.

Spaceballs didn't deliver on Jews in Space, but Springtime for Hitler, from the Producers, did deliver the other.

I was thinking of the art (mostly at the "talented amateur" level) and the character design sections which mostly duplicated info from other contemporary GURPS books.

I will grant that it did a good job of statting Arthur, etc. for different time periods, including the medieval Arthurian legends. If you want to do a Migration Age Romano-British campaign, Camelot has some decent source material.

Is this just a forum term for undelivered book(s) or does it specifically refer to Low-Tech?

It's specifically Low-Tech, due to a series of jokes that were made on the forum.

I'm definitely disappointed we didn't get a sourcebook covering Continental Europe. The rest of Europe had their own Middle-Ages too, y'know. Would've been nice to have something covering the Reign of Charlemagne or the rise of the Norman Kings.

These days that sort of content would be covered by the Hot Spot series.

If Hot Spots: Medieval Frankfurt am Main gets written, I rather think it would tell a great deal about the HRE, as the city's history is rather intertwined with that of the Empire in that era, as that was where most (though not all) of the imperial elections were held, and some Holy Roman Emperors also chose it as their seat (the HRE had no permanent capitol).
