[Hacker] Short Game: Raided/Busted

Not much has been said about this game here lately...

I played this game with my family today, and we stuck upon a question.

If you play a Short Game, and you get Raided and Busted, what do you loose?

It mentions you loose your modem, but does that mean only the upgrades of the type modem, or anything else?

If someone could summarize what happens when you get Raided and/or Busted, I'd love to hear it.
