A failed roll means you lose 2 FP. A successful roll means you lose 1 FP. Everyone notices that their body isn't as able to deal with this heat as with normal heat. Your sweat just sits on you. It's not evaporating. It's hard to cool off.

And everyone is incredibly thirsty.
