Sympathy/Contagion for Magic as Powers
How do you build a power that, instead of requiring you to have line of sight to the target or know where they are, just requires you to have a lock of their hair or some of their blood or something?
Thaumatology has suggestions for bonuses and penalties with a magic system, but I'm fuzzy on how to actually build effects that could potentially use them as advantages. With a few exceptions (Telesend, I think?) everything seems to require you to know where your target is. Hoping I'm missing something obvious and it's a simple answer. |

Re: Sympathy/Contagion for Magic as Powers
It sounds like a Malediction variant. You need a material connection instead of being able to perceive the target, so that's probably a 0% modifier.

On top of the cost of Malediction.
