It's part of Kickstarter. If you click the "Remind Me" bookmark box on the main page of any kickstarter they'll send out an automated e-mail letting you know when that campaign has 48 hour remaining.

I had no clue, but it looks like most folks did, so... works 😅
The campaign has edged over $52k, and will probably top 2400 backers by morning. With a bit of luck, maybe the NtG pledges will make 100 tonight also!

I just looked and were at 100 New to GURPS as of now.
Also $52,5 K and 2,491 backers. Not bad in my opinion!

Those automatic, 48-hour notices are a good part of the reason why there's a spike in support at the end of a project. Everyone who clicked the "remind me/notify me" button receives an email around the 48-hour mark. This "it's your last chance!" often brings with it a wave of new supporters.

Yep! 101 at this time... maybe there will be a few more before the deadline🤞 The pace has been kinda slow so far this morning, but I'm hoping it will pick up in an hour or two. I'm also keeping an eye on the Average Pledge level. It's at $20.95 right now, and has been slowly decreasing, but I think there's a good chance it will finish up over $20🤞

Why worry about this? It has hit all the stretch goals. Folks jumping in at $3 is a good thing. This Kickstarter is giving us an estimate of the number of folks online who are willing to throw even a little money at GURPS, and the more the merrier.
