Rogues and dwarves can move through locked and hidden doors as though they were regular doors. Does this mean that they only need one move token to get through the door? Also, can anyone move through hidden and locked doors at the regular move-three cost, or do they need an ability to get through.

Since a regular door requires 1 Move to go through, the answer to your first question is, "Yes." Since the rules explain that to move through any link that isn't a wall, one must simply pay the movement cost, the answer to your second question is, "Players do not need a special ability to go through any link that isn't a wall, but they may be hampered by special conditions that may crop up. If you can pay the cost, you can go through the link, as long as some thing else is [not] preventing you from doing so."
