Most of the commercial riveted mail is Indian and most (maybe all) mail made in India is riveted. Butted mail seems to be a thing made by individual reenactors and/or ebay-type artists for domestic markets.

Well, I warned it could be a false number, 'claimed'.

He didn't shoot mail armour, he shot a modern costume.
The amount of damage delivered would not even be worth a single point in GURPS.
GURPS would cover everything in that video with a Combat Art skill since none of it can be applied to a genuine combat.

Please read the first thread. It was frustrating as hell to have to explain it all the first time. Why repeat it all again?
Because you aren't quoting/linking. People are too lazy to use the search feature on their own.

I didn't think I had to because ErhnamDJ already did in the fifth post.

Here it is again

Does he do it actually on screen at any time? I keep counting about 1 second per shot.

Heh, don't sweat it. It's just that this video is starting to become our new "hiking rules." I'm half-tempted to ask Molokh to explicitly add it to the uFAQ.

I clicked through the video mostly, so I'm not sure. He might not, in fact.

If he "claims" to shoot that fast and can't demonstrate it, I think that clearly doesn't need to be supported by "realistic" rules. Heroic Archers can easily get RoF 2 with Quick Shooting and DWA.

Sorry, somehow I got the impression from these threads that somewhere the whole RoF is indeed demonstrated. If not, well, yeah, that's not much of a case then.

He demonstrates shooting 10 arrows in 4.9 seconds.

When they talk about shooting 3 arrows in 1.5 seconds, he shoots at the three rotating discs. And then it claims that at a target of 69 meters he does shoot that fast. Though only the hand and the bow is on camera at the time.
