A crippling eye injury counts as a major wound, and major wounds to the eye roll at HT -10, with HT 8 that means:
3-4 ok
5-18 Unconscious

Major wounds to the brain roll at HT-10 — the eye just usually does too because the brain is kinda directly attached. With IT(No Brain) the eye is no different from the face.
