Suggestion: starting money

Could this be added into the Campaign Settings tab? I keep forgetting to edit it in the Attributes for new characters, which carries over the starting points, TL and the rest. It would be a very useful thing for new campaigns to have.

And, in looking at Armins GCA5 blog, I see the following is in the works for v5. :)
