Speak With Plants not showing modifiers

What it says on the tin. The Speak With Plants modifiers are not showing when accessing Speak With Plants. Selecting "Speak with Plants" from the drop down in the modifiers screen does show them.

There aren't any in Basic. In Powers, the file doesn't add the necessary mods(Speak with Plants) tag. I'll update that.

For an existing character, you can Edit the Speak with Plants advantage, then click Advanced, and in the mods tag enter Speak with Plants, then OK out, and when you click Modifiers the basic modifiers should then appear.

ETA: The updated Powers file should now be available through Check for Updates.
