Mind you, I don't like how split ST was handled in 4e, but calling it TD: No Fine Manipulators is a misnomer.

Striking ST (Kick Only, -60%) [2/level] Lifting ST (Doesn't Affect Arms, -20%) [2.4/level] Extra HP (Doesn't affect Arms, -20%) [1.6/level] That works out to [6/level] which, actually, works out to -40% on ST's [10/level]. So, yeah, it's basically the same cost.

OK, TorgSmith, the latest Phoenix release (r57) should do what you need.

(Reopening a decade-old thread rather than starting a new one on the exact same topic.) I was fixing some of the attribute costs in the 3E Traveller racial templates that someone else recently put in GCS, and ran into this K'Kree split ST problem again. I went with +2 ST (overall) with the size limitation, then an additional +18 Striking ST (size, kicking only), then +18 Lifting ST (size, no fine manipulators since it doesn't apply to the upper body), then +4 HP. I think that's pretty close to what the 3E template did.
