Pikeman?!?

In the counter list for battlefields, there is listed a pikeman. Based on the way it is listed, I am guessing it is a PE version of a mark I. Am I correct and where is it first mentioned (sp?).

Yes, the Pikeman is the Paneuropean version of the Mark I. I don't know where it was first mentioned--maybe an article in Space Gamer?
