Should be within the next week or so. Could start appearing on some store shelves today or tomorrow. (As usual: Depends on each store and distributor locations and what was ordered and a million other variables we cannot control.)

Can a brother get a card list for Game Changers? I'd rather not buy it if I already have all the cards!

You can't look at the four card lists for the boosters that were combined to make Game Changers?

Which, just so you don't have to go look up which ones, were:

Fairy Dust
Munchkinomicon
Monster Enhancers
Reloaded!

There are no additional cards beyond those that make up those packs, though it does include Sparkly Pink dice, and Fairy Dust and Munchkinomicon Level Counters.

Which it says, right up at the top of the product page, with links right to the boosters in question, which do have their card lists.
