Default Coggoth and two player

How it work with two players? At all, how works monster bonuses, if he fight with two player and both can get him bonus?

So you're saying that the player already has a Helper and then Coggoth is wandered in (or is added via a different -goth that wandered in)?

I'd say that it works like if the monster has a bonus against a Race or Class. So the bonus doesn't stack, but either player can trigger his bonus. Coggoth essentially is "+3 against munchkins that have an even number of cards when Coggoth enters combat." Thus, both players show the number of cards in their hands. If either player, or both, has an even number of cards, Coggoth gets a single +3 bonus. If both players have an odd number of cards, Coggoth gets no bonus.

Yes, that is how it would work.
