Default Channeling Energy in GURPS POWERS

Hello Folks,
Suppose you wanted to have a trait - something we'll call "energy reserve for exotic powers" or EREP for short. Further suppose, that this energy reserve is mandatory to power certain "powers" in the game. The powers are never powered off of Fatigue or anything like that, but are strictly an Energy Reserve kind of thing.

Now, further suppose, that we have four characters each with their own EREP levels. Character A can lend their ER to character D at a rate of 1 per turn, while character C can lend his ER to character D at a rate of 5 per turn.

I can't seem to find this "channel energy" power/advantage ANYWHERE in GURPS Powers. In GURPS MAGIC, it would be a SHARE ENERGY spell.

Does anyone know where this is located in GURPS POWERS on the presumption that I've missed it - or does this really NOT exist within GURPS POWERS?

Couple of methods.
RAW use Healing powered off your ER for FP only.
Not Quite RAW buy Affects Others on your ER and say it ues up the ER as its drawn from it.
Debatable RAW but I have used it and posted it here before is CM (Dedicated Controls) for someone to use your ER. You could also add Range for them to use it from range. Require some kind of perk or something or get an ability to block those you dont want to use it without permission.
I like the First option and the latter but not the middle.
Adding the enhancement to ER raises its cost too much.
Controls just adds another feature and works regardless of the size of the ER. It is in this case akin to using a vehicles weapons, mobility, sensors, etc.

"Channel energy" is not an advantage - it's flavor text for some force like mana or "the power of good."

Hal's talking about lending your ER to someone else, a la Lend Energy spell.

Ahhh, misread for the win. In that case, lending your ER is either Affects Others (+50%) - possibly with Area Effect or Ranged if you don't have to touch them. Optionally, Healing with "FP only,+0%" is a possibility - you trade 1 FP to restore 1 FP. there's a Krommquote around here somewhere about that.

so, what would your build look like using the rules as written or the modification to the rules as written? :)

The FAQ includes a quote from Kromm endorsing the "Healing to heal FP" build, here. It's just a 0% modifier to Healing. In order to be able to do this over and over again, though, you'll need to remove Healing's innate -3 per attempt past the first per day penalty. I'd suggest Cosmic +50% for that.
