Rations Spoiled vs. Tiger Steed
Is card "Rations Spoiled" considered a kill and therefore, does it return the "Tiger Steed" to player's hand?
Thank you. |

Re: Rations Spoiled vs. Tiger Steed
I think a general rule is that if the card doesn't say it kills, then it doesn't. Rations Spoiled doesn't say it kills!

Re: Rations Spoiled vs. Tiger Steed
Many of the cards in this game are ambiguous. That's why the creator put in the "house rules" rule in the game. Implications of the artwork and the diction "feed the party" imply it dies, nothing implies it lives. So its up to the owners to decode, but I have never ate an animal that was still alive.

Re: Rations Spoiled vs. Tiger Steed
In a simple search of the production database, I'm having a hard time finding a consistent terminology for killing a Steed. I've never eaten a living animal, and had I, that process would still have killed the animal. I'm going to say that Curse! Rations Spoiled will "kill" a Steed, and therefore allow the Tiger Steed to return.
