Default munchkin zipper pulls and Whim of the elder golds interaction

At the rules of the whim of the elder gods they say that the die cannot be loaded o reloaded (i think it refers to the actual cards loaded dice and re-loaded dice) It doesn’t specify you cannot re-roll it.

At the zipper rules they specify you can re-roll a die but doesn’t specify a munchkin d6 that’s the reason why i think that I can re-roll a chthulhu die with the zippers pulls.

Te other question is about whim of the elder gods if have it and i have a bunch of chthulhu die, can i go with them to a tournament and play it? or in order to use it it must be at some deck in the tournamnet?

Could somebody clarify this doubts for me please?

Nothing allows you to re-roll or change the result of the Cthulhu Die when using Whim of the Elder Gods.

Questions about what is allowed in a tournament must be answered by the organizers of that specific tournament. We cannot give a universal answer here.
