Awesome I am going to get Elves.

I'm not sure it matters but I am really excited to see the Reptile men fantasy race when it arrives. I've always wanted one in my campaign but it seems to be underrepresented in supplements.

For what it's worth, the "edðlufolk" (an NPC/monster race so far) in the various Nordlond setting books are my version of Totally Not Lizard-folk. Gangaeðla (tunnel lizards) are Totally Not Kobolds.

For what's it's worth, GURPS Fantasy Folk: Elves does mention that the Norðlondr Fólk supplement includes the elfàrd (true or high elf) and the hálfálfar (half-elf). As far as I know, the Elves book includes every elf template in GURPS--but there are a few that are in GURPS-related books that it tells you where to find.

EDIT: I should have clarified I believe Elves has every Fourth Edition elf template.
