Question re: "Cannot Wear Armor" DR

Suppose an otherwise humanoid PC takes the "Cannot Wear Armor" limitation on DR.

Since whole-body DR specifically excludes eye protection, can the PC still wear, say, ballistic sunglasses? Or is he stuck buying Nictating Membrane if he wants to fill in that bit of coverage?

Without the Non-Protective Clothing Perk he's not allowed to wear clothes. He's certainly not allowed ballistic glasses.
