Munchkin Apocalypse Box

I was checking my Munchkin boxes and saw that the Munchkin apocalypse box includes some additional simbology (if that is how it's named). The other boxes have the time to play, number of players, etc, but this one has also a Cthulhu and a Zombie. Why is that?

Because it has Cthulhu and zombies in it.

The Munchkin Zombies box has a zombie symbol.
