Mordian7th,

Those look great! I love the paint schemes!

Can't wait for SJG to spin up the mini range again!
I really like the cohesive look you've got there. Very nice!

But I see no Infantry, and you'll need 20+ against a Mk. III. Buy a box (or two) of the Mech Inf on GEV-PCs - they GEV-PCs are worth it!

Thanks folks! Pretty simple - on the PanEuropean models I started off with a medium blue and a light blue highlight, followed by a generous dark blue wash. Picked out the metal bits with a dark steel color followed by a black wash, then did the 'white' bits in a medium grey with a light grey drybrush. Couple yellow weapon tips and black plenum chambers on the GEVs and hit 'em with some sealant. Easy-peasy! The Ogre was done much the same way, though exchanging shades of red in place of the blue...

@GrauGeist - I'd picked up a couple boxes of the infantry and GEV/PCs but I'm still pondering how I want to do the bases, so they're currently languishing in an unbuilt state.

More to pics follow, as I have another whole set of PanEuropean vehicles that I'm trying to decide who to paint them up as. And I'm trying to resist the siren call of a mess of Combine units and a PanEuropean Fencer. Alas, my wallet! :)

Neat! Base-wise, I'd probably make 2 sets, depending on how many INF you have. Note that the new boards will be exactly the same size as the Deluxe Ogre and Deluxe GEV maps (1.5" hex).

If you have 40+ total points, I'd do the first 20 (7 bases of 3) points of INF in tan/brown, for playing on the Ogre map; the remainder would be green to match the GEV & Shockwave map(s). For double-duty, paint the beds of the GEV-PCs the same tan/brown color, so transported INF "match".

If you can't decide, purple with a yellow stripe is canon and would look great on the board.

You're too, too kind, Toltrin.

Did you see the "Raid on Frederikshavn" scenario on the blog? I was especially proud of the space plane that's the objective of the Combine raiders.

All I get out of those is an image that says, "Image hosted by tripod.com."
