Whatever Tattletale is doing, I wouldn't call it minor league. In GURPS terms she has some sort of obscenely-roided-up Intuition, minimum; she guesses a guy's PIN from general information about him in the flashback chapter where she's just starting out on her own. In-universe, she's officially classed as a Thinker 7.

Point. Yeah, her power is arguably something like Intuition with an obscene amount of the Reliable Enhancement. I haven't finished reading what's been written of Ward (I'm at the end of book 8, currently), but it's not terribly unlikely they've given her a higher classification than appropriate. Nobody but her and Taylor seem to know the particulars of her power, and there are events making her seem more powerful than she is (she's largely thought to be the one responsible for the Undersiders' rise to power, but that was really mostly Skitter*, for example). Of course, they might be underestimating her classification, as I know at least at the beginning of Ward, the working theory is that Tattletale has the ability to find weak points, but her powers can do far more than that.

Still, I'll concede the point - while a Tattletale-lite with a less reliable ability would make a good low-power super, Tattletale herself is probably a bit too powerful.

Cowboy is a hybrid being with the head of a human, the body of a cow, and an unquenchable hunger for vegetables. No special powers but really hates genies.

Laser Eyes Johnson shoots laser beams out of his eyes. He has no control over the beams, which point at whatever he is looking at, but fortunately they are no powerful than a common laser pointer.

Couch Surfer has a beat up and ill smelling seventies era chesterfield that she surfs through the sky on. It is not very fast or agile, and has a ceiling of about 100 ft, but she is flying. Also able to dig under the cushions for small change.

Lightning Bug can light up her posterior at will. Oddly, this gives +4 to various seductionish skills.

Ods' Bodkin has a very fine small knife that is completely indestructible and ignores all DR.

Silver Bullet is a bullet, made of silver, that has somehow achieved sentience. Can fly around pretty fast, but not as fast as a bullet fired from a gun. Pacifist, but very good at knocking guns out of folks' hands.

Cornhole is a corn themed snatcher. Corn plastic and corn fiber make this more flexible than you might think, but the best part is that on a crit success a full size unicorn is produced instead.

Spurious George: Appears to be a modestly athletic but ordinary chimpanzee, but has the intelligence of an average human, and Fake! 20.

The Man Of Steal: Afflicts Kleptomania in a radius of a hundred yards or so. Immune himself but can't shut it down.

Mad Cap: His magic beer helmet protects against all hostile environmental conditions as long as he steadily consumes its contents, which are bottomless for him only.

Arachnid Man has three pairs of regular legs (and highly abnormal hips).

Lactose Intolerance can repel milk and milk-based products forcefully away from himself.

Javelina is a pretty young lady with weapon master (javelin), strong athletic skills, and a terrible agent.

Soup can transform his body into a liquid, as if the entire thing had been pureed, and back into his solid form (if at least 90% of the liquid is in close proximity). However the liquid form has no senses, no mobility, and smells and tates delicious to most vertebrates.

Not See can ignore most forms of visual assault by choosing not to see it. This even works retroactively. (For example, if Not See saw a medusa, she could choose to not see it after it turned her to stone.) This does mean that the thing in question is invisible to Not See. Has the same agent as Javelina.

These two need a new agent. :) Maybe Howard the Duck can take 'em on, after the Cherry Bombs finish their next tour... :)

The Amazing Armadillo is a regular guy until he curls up into the feotal position, which gives him DR 50.

Drug Dealer has a pack of razor edged playing cards, which she can throw for minimal damage. Most are coated with some mind altering substance or another. Has problems with the cops.

Unitard wears a skintight full body (except eyes and horn) catsuit, and has a unicorn horn that can shoot a rainbow beam that can incapacitate foes. Androgynous, despite the suit.

Slock is an ex-con with a prison flail made of a heavy iron combination lock inside of a sock, weapon mastery in same, amazing dirty fighting abilities, and a passion for justice for those who have been abused by the system.

Sounds related to Dr. Horrible's Moist. Need anything dampened or made soggy?
