Default "Swap Minds" variation for Jumper?

As the topic implies, I'm looking for a modifier on Jumper - World or Time - which can be used to swap your mind with the mind of your counterpart in the target location.

I could have sworn there was one in a previous Pyramid issue, but so far my search has turned up little.

(I'm actually building this as an Affliction, to swap someone else's mind with their counterpart's, but the the modifier on Jumper would need to be the same.)

I would use time spanning on Possession, something like...

Possession (Mind Swap, +10%; Time Spanning, Past, +50%; Self only, -50%)

Which you could use in an Advantage Affliction...

Hmm.... that does seem useful. Page ref on "Time Spanning"?

Yeah my leaning would be that way as well. World Spanning if appropriate.
Can you target who your swapping? Is it random or an alternate you?
If its an alternate you I might do it as a special effect (especially if the world works that way) otherwise Cosmic +50% + Take over local +100%
That +100% is like adding Possession (same base cost) so seems fair. And you gain a lot by taking over a local rather then be an obvious stranger.

It's intended to be an alternate/past version of the subject, so that should help keep the subject from being a total stranger (though the past version brought into the present would be more confused than the present going back to the past).

This helps much, thanks. :)


(The character in question also had the ability to physically time-jump in various situations, but needed an external boost to pull off.)

I would add the Projection limitation -50% as well then.
That alternate guy could cause some trouble while in your body.

This is exactly what I'd do and was thinking about it before the page popped up. :-)

That said, "Self only" is worth -80% (see Power-Ups 8: Limitations, p. 4) since it's basically "Accessiblity, One Person, -80%." I could be persuaded to go to -70%...but it's a pretty limited power (however popular in fiction).
