Default Question about Fighting both Ghoulfiends and Insurance Salesman

Hi everybody,

We were playing munchkin the other night and someone was versing the Ghoulfiends, then a wandering insurance salesman came on by into the fight.

I can only assume that: only fight with your level and only fight with your bonuses combine meaning you fight normally?

If someone could clear up this strange one that would be nice :)

One of them says your level doesn't count and the other says your bonuses don't count. It sucks when you get stuck with them together because you have a combat strength of 0. The only way to win that fight is to have enough negative monster modifiers to make them negative.

Or use the Pollymorph Potion, or some other card, that removes one or both monsters from the fight.

This is actually awesome! It makes me wonder what other combos would be good to commit to memory. Any suggestions?

It's fun to use a Loaded Die to kill yourself then use Rocks Fall, Everyone Dies

This has nothing to do with the original question, and, I'm sure a search will find more than one strategy thread in the main Munchkin forum. If you can't find it, just start another thread rather than extend this thread with unnecessary tangential discussion. Thanks!
