How to enable an air sharing ability?

Hello there, I have statted up a power that lets the character suck up and store incredible amounts of oxygen (given a bit of time).

Doesn't Breathe (300 times oxygen storage -10%, Super -10%, Weakened without 1 minute preperation -10%)

I want to allow the person with this ability to also share the air with another person, thinking by locking lips and moving air from there.

Affects other is obviously a starting point but what I am thinking is a bit more limited since the two must be kissing, and what you can do while kissing someone else is a bit more limiting then a need for general physical contact. Additionally the shared air would thus be split amongst the two pwople instead of both getting full benefit.

You think this justifies reducing the enhancement down to say +30%?

It almost seems like it would just be a perk. After all, normal humans can sort of do that already. The big difficulty is just that you don't want to destroy the other person's lungs with a pressure mismatch.

Hmm good point, perk it is!

call it "Share the Air" or something.

I wouldn't even call that a perk - it's an innate capability that someone with Doesn't Breathe (Oxygen Storage) can do.

Provided they get their stored air by inhaling it, and exhale used air, rather than using some weirder method or a gadget.

It's not defined as being able to do that in the Basic Set or in Powers, so I wouldn't assume it's inherent. After all, there's no logical contradiction in someone being able to hold their breath for an hour but not to share it with another person. I think making it a perk is fair.

There's also nothing mentioned about blowing the air, or about an Extra Arm being useful for flipping the bird - but that's because those are things that naturally come with having a third arm or extra air supply and aren't important enough to warrant any cost of their own.

Most of the real things that have Oxygen Storage couldn't do that. They store the oxygen chemically somewhere. And often actually collapse their lungs while they are using it, which would prevent them from exhaling at all.
