Re: Marked for Death Demo Vs. My 6 year old
My son will only play the game with me and my wife...
I wont let him join in any games me and my munchkins are playing... They get a bit raunchy... I might even get a second base set just to I don't have to rebuilt the custom on I built for us to play...

Re: Marked for Death Demo Vs. My 6 year old
I read that as "a set to get to second base" at first, and was confused. Then my brain translated it as "a set to play with once he's reached second base, and therefore should understand more references."
Only after much mental self-debate did I arrive at "a second set of the base Munchkin cards." I'm going to go find some caffeine and some mental floss. |

Guys, please remember that the Munchkin area of the forums strives for light PG content. We do have kids reading here.

Re: Marked for Death Demo Vs. My 6 year old
Back to the matter at hand... my crazy smart son... we played 3 games tonight and he's up 2 out of 3 and I'm not pulling punches at all... he's gotten some really killer cards... He's really learning timing of cards too... Like when is the best time to play the Out to Lunch or Pollymorph cards... and the look on his face when he drew Hoard and read and understood what it did... He was like, I'll take three treasure cards thank you... It was Priceless...
We had to throw the 2.6 second rule out the window while he's learning.

Re: Marked for Death Demo Vs. My 6 year old
My 8 year old learned the game fast just by watching. I have a list for a custom deck that is kid friendly, that someone posted years ago. I found this to be necessary if neighbor kids are playing or watching. You don't want the neighbor kid going home and telling their parents "Mr (your name) played his Kneepads of Allure on me".
